The safety and well-being of our employees is a top priority at Curt Richter SE. With our comprehensive occupational health management programme, we offer occupational medical care, preventative measures and vaccinations. We also arrange appointments with specialists and provide advice on nutrition, exercise and stress management.
We also set clear standards in occupational health and safety: with the ISO 45001-certification, we identify and reduce potential sources of danger when handling liquid goods. Our reporting system for "near misses" helps to recognise risks at an early stage and take preventative action. Regular training, transparent processes and defined safety targets create a safe working environment that protects health and strengthens the working atmosphere.
