Our Commitment to Tolerance and Acceptance
Diversity as an opportunity
Everyone is welcome in our team. Since 2023, we have been a proud signatory of the "Diversity Charter" (Charta der Vielfalt), a voluntary commitment launched in 2006 that promotes a non-discriminatory working environment. We see diversity as an opportunity and are actively committed to tolerance and acceptance of diversity in our society and in the workplace.
Our team brings together people from over 35 nations. Age and gender are irrelevant - what matters are skills and commitment. Together with the specialised integration service and office, we specifically support employees with severe disabilities. Whether in administration, in management positions, in manual occupations in the workshop or at the wheel of our vehicles: people are at the centre of everything we do.
As they say in Cologne: Every “Jeck” is different - and that's a good thing.
