Diversity drives us – in every sense
Logistics is often perceived as conservative and not particularly open to diversity. Yet diversity is much more than just respect and openness toward different ways of life: it brings fresh perspectives, energizes teams, and strengthens a company’s future viability.
By signing the “Charta der Vielfalt” (Diversity Charter), we’ve already made a clear statement: at Richter, everyone is welcome. Still, on special occasions, we find it important to reaffirm this commitment publicly. With deep roots in Cologne, we show our colors during events like ColognePride – including across our social media channels.
