Start of the 2025 Training Year
Welcome to the Team!
On August 1st, we were pleased to welcome nine new apprentices and two long-term interns to Richter. To help our future professionals get off to a smooth start, we once again held our annual Apprentice Welcome Day at our headquarters in Cologne.
The agenda included a tour of the company premises, a visit to our information trailer, and even a chance to sit behind the wheel of a truck. In addition to a short business etiquette session, the group also took part in a team-building event at TeamEscape Cologne – a great way to kick off their professional journey.
New this year is our mentoring program: In addition to their trainers and experienced team members, three former apprentices will now support the newcomers with any questions related to the workplace or vocational school.
The Apprentice Welcome Day was filled with valuable impressions and meaningful encounters on both sides. We are excited to accompany and support our apprentices on their journey – helping them grow and preparing them for the tasks ahead.
